What to Expect Chef Drea will respond to your inquiry as soon as she can, usually within 3-5 days. Sometimes multi-day events can keep her busy but our hope is to respond to all inquiries within one week. When she responds, Chef Drea will set a phone or Zoom call to discuss your event, meal ideas and preferences, schedule, and budget. Generally one or two sample menus will be created from your input and sent to you for review. Alterations to the menu at this stage are definitely welcome! Once a menu, guest count, and event date are set you'll be given a contract and a request for 10% of the cost to hold your reservation. Final payment of the remaining cost is due 5 days before your event. |
